Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
Who we are
Spectrea is a product of Matchwise Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. This policy covers the Spectrea website (spectrea.com). The Spectrea product has its own privacy terms, shared with you before you start using it.
Questions, requests, or complaints: email hello@spectrea.com. We answer ourselves, not through a form robot.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what keeping the site safe requires:
- Form details. When you request early access or a demo, we collect your name, email, and what you tell us about your work and team.
- Technical details. When you submit a form we record your IP address and browser type to protect against abuse, and campaign tags from the address bar if you arrived through one.
- Usage analytics. We run our own cookieless analytics on our own servers: page views and conversion counts under an anonymous identifier that resets daily. No third-party analytics service receives your visit, and we honor Do Not Track.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
One reason: to do the thing you asked for. Form details are used to manage early access and to arrange demos. We do not sell your details, share them for advertising, or add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
Where it is processed
A small set of providers process data on our behalf:
- Supabase stores form submissions in our database.
- Google Cloud hosts the site and keeps standard request logs.
- Cloudflare checks form submissions for automated abuse when the check is enabled.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept while the early access program runs and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your rights
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, and equivalent laws where you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@spectrea.com and we will act on it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. We will not quietly weaken it.
